| Additional terms | -Items to Avoid in Influencer social Posts: The Influencer agrees to avoid mentioning the following agreed competitors of The Advertiser: Lux algo, Market cipher, elite algo, Ultra algo or any other company that sells indicators on trading view as a service in a positive manner. If the influencer does mention other competitors they are not to reference their name directly. -The Influencer agrees to abide by all guidelines set in the Brand Rule Guidelines: blog posts, social media statuses, tweets, and/or comments should be in good taste, Portray the advertiser in a positive light. Any content promoting bigotry, racism or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age is strictly prohibited. - Affiliates may under no circumstance promote our services through Google ads, or facebook ads. If the affiliate violates any of these terms, their profit share and contract may be terminated after official review from a chart Prime representative. Terms & Conditions - All conversions will be pending for at least 30 days prior to being approved in respect to our refund policy. - A PayPal account is required for payouts which takes place on the 1st of every month. - We reserve the right to hold any commission & review your promotional methods before issuing payouts. We generally review every affiliate via an email request once any commission is generated if they are not an active chart prime customer themselves. - Do not promise results or returns if you are creating content to promote on social media. (e.g. saying our signals have a 100% win rate) - Any conversions that are refunded orders will be denied commission. - Any fraudulent / disputed payments will be denied commission. - Conversions are tracked from your affiliate link & a 30 day cookie. If someone you referred personally did not count as a conversion; we can't apply manual commission. Make sure personal referrals use the same device / browser to purchase. - No spamming links on TradingView, this results in an instant ban from our affiliate program. Conclusion: By signing up to be a Chart prime affiliate, you agree that we (Chart Prime Trading LLC) have the full right to remove your access, ban, and deny commissions at any time for any reason we believe you aren't representing Chart Prime and our products properly. Tactical marketers using various methods listed above (& others not mentioned) to generate conversions that would otherwise not be possible if it weren't for the growing popularity & searches of our brand are NOT welcome. Affiliates are actively monitored & reviewed. We reserve the full right to deny commission and remove affiliates who we believe are using unethical marketing tactics to generate commission. We look for genuine affiliates who enjoy our products and we actively welcome creators who want to share Chart Prime with their network to generate a new income stream.
